Each sage smudge stick is hand-picked, dried, and carefully tied using only the highest quality California white sage. Picki Nicki’s fragrant sage burns well and smells fantastic. Their white sage is grown on a small farm in southern California and is sustainably harvested. Each sage stick will also come with a beautiful cleansing guideline card that explains how to light and use the smudge. Each sage stick measures 4.25 to 4.5 inches in length and is 1.5 inches wide.

The Cinnamon, Dried Orange Slices, and Rosemary help purify your space and bring calm and blessings to your life. Cinnamon is said to bring prosperity and protection to your home. Cinnamon sticks are very fragrant and add a wonderful scent when burned with sage. Orange slides and Rosemary enhance the aroma of the sage, bringing a beautiful citrus scent.

How To Smudge:

Yourself / Another Person – Take a a smudge stick and light it from the bottom with a match. A small stream of smoke is all that’s necessary. The smoke from the smudge can be pulled toward oneself with your hands or pushed by another person using a feather or an eagle fan.

Home / Work Space – Set your intention. Light the smudge stick. Open all the windows. Start in the area farthest from the main entrance point. Focus on high traffic areas. Sage items you are constantly using. Follow the flow of your space to the main entrance and smudge the doorway. Clap Your Hands to display bad energy that may be lingering.
