“Paintings From the Pantry” Gallery Talk with Sarah Bigham
August 4 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Sarah Bigham is a writer, teacher and artist who lives in Maryland her wife, their three cats and an ‘unwieldy herb garden.’ After receiving a series of complex medical diagnoses, Sarah began exploring her art using medications and supplements dissolved into watercolors, painting through her chronic pain. She hopes to inspire empathy and compassion for others who suffer with ‘invisible’ pain.
Sarah’s work will be on display at Vesta’s starting July 20th. She will give a gallery talk there on Sunday August 4th from 1-3. You don’t want to miss hearing this fascinating artist discuss her difficult journey and its silver lining
