About Abigail Richon: “Nature has always inspired and enthralled me. It has been the subject of choice throughout my endeavors as an artist. There is a majesty and peace found in nature that feeds the human soul, calms our racing minds, and grounds us. It is this essence that I attempt to capture in my artwork – to have that element to bring into our homes.”
Abigail’s work has been exhibited in galleries in Frederick, Silver Spring, Boonsboro, and Hagerstown. Her work has been included in both juried and unjuried shows. One of her pieces was chosen for exhibit at the state capital building in Annapolis, MD, as well as exhibited in the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts as part of the Cumberland Valley Artists and Photographers Exhibition.
She can be found at several Farmer’s Markets and Craft Markets in Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. A full calendar of events is available on her website: www.abi-donfineart.com. You can also see her creations on Facebook at www.facebook.com/Abi.don.Fine.Art
